At MSD Dental Studio, dentistry is built around people not production schedules. Our cofounders, Matthew Dillon and Shantall Di Loreto, believe patients deserve clarity, comfort, and trust at every step of care.
Together, they combine advanced training, modern technology, along with a deep focus on patient experience to create a dental practice that feels calm, thoughtful, and genuinely personal.
DR. MATTHEW DILLON, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Matthew Dillon co-founded MSD Dental Studio with a clear goal: to create a dental experience where patients feel informed, respected, and confident in every decision they make.
Raised in a family deeply rooted in healthcare and service—including firefighters and nurses—Dr. Dillon developed an early appreciation for trust, accountability, and clear communication. He excelled academically at the University of Florida, earning induction into Phi Kappa Phi for graduating in the top 10% of his class, before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at NYU College of Dentistry.
Dr. Dillon focuses on restorative and surgical dentistry, combining advanced training with modern technology to deliver precise, efficient, and predictable care. MSD Dental Studio utilizes digital imaging, 3D scanning, and in-house technology to improve outcomes while minimizing unnecessary treatment.
What patients value most is how clearly Dr. Dillon explains care.
He takes the time to walk patients through findings, outline options thoughtfully, and guide decisions without pressure. His philosophy centers on long-term oral health and informed decision-making—not rushed treatment.

Dr. Dillon is deeply committed to lifelong learning, completing over 200 hours of advanced continuing education annually. He has earned Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), completed the requirements toward Mastership (MAGD, recognition pending), holds Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and has pursued advanced training through the Kois Center and the Stanley Institute.
Outside the office, Dr. Dillon enjoys time with his family and dogs, playing lacrosse, and staying actively involved in the local community—values that help shape the welcoming, patient-first culture at MSD Dental Studio.
DR. SHANTALL DI LORETO, DDS

Dr. Shantall Di Loreto co-founded MSD Dental Studio with the belief that dentistry should feel supportive, organized, and genuinely patient-centered.
Inspired by parents who are both physicians, Dr. Di Loreto grew up immersed in healthcare and developed an early appreciation for empathy, organization, and patient advocacy. She excelled in her undergraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry.
Dr. Di Loreto has built her clinical foundation around preventive care, orthodontics, hygiene-centered dentistry, and patient education. She has pursued advanced training through the Kois Center and completed orthodontic education through Progressive Orthodontics, supporting thoughtful tooth movement and long-term stability as part of comprehensive care.
What truly distinguishes Dr. Di Loreto is her focus on the patient experience.
She is known for creating visits that feel organized, unhurried, and supportive—especially for patients who may feel anxious or overwhelmed. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication help patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their visit.

As a co-founder, Dr. Di Loreto works closely with Dr. Dillon to shape the culture, systems, and patient experience at MSD Dental Studio. Together, they lead a coordinated, comprehensive practice in a welcoming, bilingual environment serving both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Di Loreto values community involvement, compassion, and service—principles that guide both her personal life and her approach to patient care.
