Co-founders Dr. Matthew Dillon and Dr. Shantall Di Loreto created MSD Dental Studio with a shared belief: patients deserve to understand their care, feel respected in their decisions, and experience dentistry that is deliberate—not hurried. Together, they combine advanced clinical training, modern digital technology, and a deeply personal approach to create a practice that feels calm, organized, and genuinely patient-focused.
Both are disciplined and purpose-driven, placing patient health and community impact at the center of everything they do.

Dr. Dillon co-founded MSD Dental Studio with a clear vision: to create a dental experience where
patients feel informed, respected, and confident in every decision. His philosophy centers on risk
assessment, prevention, and long-term oral health rather than short-term solutions.
Patients often comment on his ability to make complex dentistry feel clear and manageable. He takes time to explain findings, outline options thoughtfully, and guide decisions without pressure.
His clinical focus centers on restorative, implant, and surgical dentistry, with an emphasis on
comprehensive diagnosis and long-term stability. By integrating digital imaging, 3D scanning, and advanced in-house technology, he enhances precision and predictability while prioritizing thoughtful, appropriate care.
At the University of Florida, Dr. Dillon maintained a full academic scholarship and graduated among the top 10% of his class. He was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi for academic distinction before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at NYU College of Dentistry.
Dr. Dillon has earned Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and has completed all requirements toward Mastership (MAGD recognition pending). He also holds Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and has completed advanced training through the Kois Center and the Stanley Institute.
Raised in a South Florida family deeply rooted in healthcare and public service, he developed an early appreciation for accountability, trust, and clear communication. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his family, playing lacrosse, and supporting animal welfare initiatives.
DR. SHANTALL DI LORETO, DDS – Co-Founder

Dr. Di Loreto co-founded MSD Dental Studio with the belief that dentistry should feel organized, supportive, and genuinely patient-centered. She understands that for many people, dental visits can feel overwhelming, and her goal is to make each experience calm, clear, and reassuring.
Patients often describe her as attentive, grounded, and easy to speak with. She takes time to listen carefully, explain thoughtfully, and ensure each person feels heard before moving forward with treatment.
Her clinical foundation centers on preventive care, orthodontics, hygiene centered dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning. She has completed advanced training through the Kois Center and orthodontic education through Progressive Orthodontics.
Raised by two physicians, she developed an early appreciation for empathy, preparation, and patient advocacy. During her undergraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University, she earned consistent Dean’s List recognition, and her academic performance opened doors to several prestigious dental programs before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at NYU College of Dentistry.
As co-founder, Dr. Di Loreto plays an integral role in shaping the systems and patient experience at MSD Dental Studio. Together, they lead a bilingual practice serving English- and Spanish-speaking families throughout the community.
Outside the office, she is deeply committed to community involvement and animal rescue.
Ongoing education is a core responsibility for both our doctors and team members. As partners, Dr. Dillon and Dr. Di Loreto bring complementary skill sets that support thoughtful collaboration and careful clinical decision-making. Both doctors maintain ACLS certification as part of our commitment to patient safety.
